No. It's an update to address issues on the 5C/5S only. Much like 6.1.4 for the iPhone 5.

Yeah....this has been out for days. It was announced pre-launch. For the 5S only.

I was just sitting there texting on my new iPhone 5C I got on launch day, and iOS 7.0.1 popped up. Bug fixes and improvements.
