Gosh, I just turned off my iPhone and didn't notice any graphics corruption. Should I schedule a visit to the Genius Bar?

It's corrupted-shutdown-graphic-gate.

I've literally turned my phone off and on at least 457 times in a row, and it keeps happening!

I'm throwing my iPhone in the TRASH and buying a Nexus 4!

nothing here or at least it's not as noticeable on mine because I don't see anything.

Ipad mini same issue

I have the same issue with an ipad mini.

Do you think that format the ipad can solve this issue ?

Thank you very much

Seeing that pretty much everyone is seeing this "issue" (at best it's a small inconsequential graphical glitch), it doesn't seem like any reinstalling or anything like that would make a difference.

wtf apple, this bug is not fixed and more...
As in not fixed in 7.0.4? Something like this is of such low priority and even severity that it might get fixed at some point, but it's likely that no one is really going to go out of their way to fix it for some point update which are often for more critical/bigger fixes.

There is a slight corruption/'flicker' in the animation when I slide to power off my iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.3 also.

I'm not losing sleep over it though, it's a purely cosmetic thing that doesn't affect the operation of the phone at all, doesn't bother me in the slightest :)
