I have an iphone 5s and updated to 7.0.4 yesterday. Is there a jailbreak for it? Is it safe to jailbreak my phone and if so can someone post a link.

I appreciate the sarcasm.

a sarcastic reply to someone being sarcastic to you. i thought that was pretty funny actually. anyways welcome. no jailbreak yet on ios7. keep checking back and reading up a bit, iclarified.com and modmyi.com are sites i usually visit to check in on jailbreaking. atleast you didn't start a whole new thread asking about the ios7 jailbreak. you would have got roasted.

MuscleNerd would never falsely declare a firmware update safe to jailbreakers if it was not.

I think it goes back to the old jailbreaker motto of don't rush into firmware updates.

I updated both of my iPhone 5S's and iPad Air and firmly believe it will not affect my options to jailbreak.

Yeah, I think he means for jailbreak users to try and stay on their old jailbreak until a new one is actually announced, which enforces the idea that anything can happen during the process in between jailbreaks. Sure, it's ok for people to update to the most recent iOS firmware update, but I think MuscleNerd wants to have in the back of everyone's mind that keeping on the old firmware is what's best to do. I'm still on iOS 6.1 and will do the update process once the jailbreak is announced, like I did last time.
