Bought mine online and got confirmation email at 3:31am (est ) September 20th.
I live in Florida.
Ordered an iPhone 32gb champagne, AT&T.

-STILL PROCESSING ITEMS-

It had said delivery est. date oct.8th-11th while I was purchasing,
Now it just says shipping in October. (Vague)

I'm in that boat. Exact same order confirmation time (64gb gold), was 7-10 days while going through the checkout process and slipped to "October" by the time checkout was complete. Sounds like other colors (gray at least) are shipping from that time period, but I imagine the line for Gold is a bit (or a lot) longer.

My order is still "processing", and kind of expect it to be for another 5-7 days at least.

Share shipment information more efficiently

Someone in the 1-3 day thread made this web app and posted it. The 1-3 day group used it to track their phones' shipment progress.

No spam intended—I didn't make it, and there are no ads, so it doesn't look like anyone's making money off of this. Just a helpful site. Put in your info if you have the time.:)

I just tried it but it appears its based off of people that ordered around 3am. Doesn't look like there are any times after that. I ordered at 11:45am

Yeah... but the point of it is to submit your own information so that others can benefit from seeing the overall trends of shipments. If just 10% of the people in here did that, we'd have a pretty good picture of order times vs. shipment dates.

Maybe Connecticut is easier to deliver to than other areas, but last night my order was "preparing for shipment" listed as "Delivers by Oct. 7-Oct. 10" and now it's shipped and UPS estimates my delivery by Oct. 1. Hopefully there will be early arrivals for others as well!

The UPS Tracking reports from ZhengZhou China.... the Est. Delivery 8/10 is tooooo long... strange

How did you manage to track it? I put my tracking number into the UPS site and it said there was no information available.

Just got "Preparing for Shipment" for my 1st order (3:06 AM EST)... 2nd order @ 3:11 AM still says "Processing Items"...

Datapoint: Both are 32 GB Gold AT&T ordered on launch day (9/27)...

Mine changed to Preparing for Shipment around dusk! So it was a very pleasant surprise when I woke up and checked my order. Hopefully it will change to Shipped soon so I get it a week earlier than expected!

I ordered a 32GB gold for TMobile btw.

And as the US/Canada wakes up, we already have 12 new entries representing the 7-10 day group. Keep it up guys. Let's beat the 1-3 day group :D

With a Tracking number (UPS).... but no ETA and no other shipping information, only ZhengZhou, China 09/28/2013 8:00 A.M. Origin Scan

You probably put in your Apple Store order number, not your UPS tracking number. Go to the Apple Store website and look at your order history, then click the "track" button. Your tracking number is the one that starts with "1Z."

Ordered 5am on Sept 20 in Canada (Ontario) and should get it Oct 1. It shipped around 1 am EST today. Not bad. It was going to be delivered about a week to two weeks later, so I am content.

Ours are totally going to be pallet buddies. I have the exact same times, and mine is going to Toronto :p

I ordered a 16g gold (sprint) from apple on september 20th and received my conformation at 3:10am EST. i am still in processing. This is my first time ordering on a launch day and will probably never do it again.

Doing the pull to refresh motion every few hours in the Junecloud Deliveries app hoping for the prepare for shipping message to appear is like pulling a slot machine lever waiting for three cherries.

Lol. My first time too. I won't be doing it again either...

How come? You either order at launch and get the phone as quickly as possible, or you wait a month or two and get your phone then. Just order and wait, it's simple :p

Just saw it: Preparing for shipment!

As an FYI, I ordered at 8AM EDT on Friday the 20th. 5S Gray, 16g.
