Phone in Korea since the 4th...like many of you.
Yeah, they are not late as I am not supposed to receive till the 10th (promised 8-11 ) But really, sits in Korea for a couple days. Why?
I have not read all of the threads... How are people finishing out what flight their phone is on? Or are they just fun assumptions?
Again, not so complaining about my phone having no movement...just seems weird. It will be here in 4 days at most.
Every phone comes from China, then through Incheon, South Korea. If you match up your arrivals and departures, you can determine the flight they are on, and then predict which flights they will take. We've been able to track our phones all the way from Incheon. China is a bit more difficult, due to the number of flights, and destinations. UPS99 is a very common flight path taken. Last year, my iPhone 5 took UPS99. Again, everything connects through Anchorage, then Louisville. After that, everything is broken up and shipped to different parts of the country.
For us Nor. Cal. people some of us are connected
I bet if we ordered through AT&T, they would have come strait into Sacramento Mather, but I have been ordering from the Apple Store, since the iPhone 4S. I feel that Apple Store purchases have a better time. However this is the first year, I recall AT&T purchases came in faster....
Additionally, Apple will assign your serial number at the time of shipping. Based on order number and serial number, we have been able to track our phones before Apple even let's us know it shipped.
There's lot of little tricks.

Mine just left Louisville. This is it guyson our own ways from here
Your phone spent more time in Louisville than mine did.
