search UPS' website to track by reference and then for the reference enter the phone number on the phone being upgraded and it should come up. If not there probably isn't a shipping label created for it yet.

I actually have 2 orders for the same JB 256+, one with AT&T and one with Apple. I only ordered from AT&T when I gave up trying to get an order to go through with Apple...then a short while later I get an order confirmation from Apple. I've yet to cancel either order as neither has seen movement...waiting to see one come alive before cancelling either.
Yeah but since i ordered through ATT its been saying PFS since a couple of hours after I put my order in on 9/9 so I know thats BS.
