Mine just went to not having a date; delivery being scheduled. It IS an update though, and it says "pkg shipped". I just wish I could stop watching it bc it has let me down since I bought it. At least it will be a few days faster than promised by Apple..

UPS just updated to "Rescheduled Delivery." Delivery date unavailable. Package was just scanned in ZhengZhou, CN 9/20/2016 2:11PM "Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled." For once, Apple's expected delivery date might be right. I'm sadly guessing we wont have our phones until Thursday.

Did you call and have apple expedite your shipping? My original date was 9/26-10/3. Just wondering since that was an earlier conversation in this thread
After a few tries, they wouldn't do it. And I know it wouldn't have made a difference because I know a few people on this thread were successful in doing so but they ended up getting their dates pushed back again when their phones were PFS.

First my phone was scheduled for Wednesday, then pushed to Thursday, now I have the dreaded "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time" message. It was scanned again in ZhengZhou today at 2:13 pm with the message "Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled". I suspect there is such a huge volume of phones going out that it is taking longer than usual to get through customs or inspections or something, and this message probably means they are clear and now just waiting in line for a flight out. There are flights from Shenzen and Inchon tonight, hopefully we will see some movement leading up to their departure. The phones that make it onboard tonight will probably arrive Wednesday, if not they'll have to wait for the next flight and probably arrive Thursday. Just my guess.
It's just weird that it didn't say departure scan. Has anyone seen this before on previous releases? i normally stand in line.
Hmm, the wording on the tracking thread is a little vague. It says package shipped, and delivery is being rescheduled. I think this makes sense with what someone said earlier about the packages not being scanned. Either way, I think this either really good or really bad...

Honestly, although I am dying to get my phone I don't mind waiting a couple days. Sure I would have loved to get it on launch day, but a week isn't that long and I would rather have it delivered right to my door rather than hunting for one all over town and waiting in line at the Apple store. Heck it took me two months to track down a 6 Plus when they came out.
Watch Series 2 shipment and signing into My Choice fixed it!Scary, bc mine has never showed up as a scheduled shipment yet in my choice app. I type it into the tracker on there and it shows, though.

My shipment looks the same way. Very disappointing! Had been hoping to be surprised and see an update saying the phone was close by. Never expected the update to say the phone is STILL in China and they don't know when it will be delivered.
I did not. I have a clear skin on the way for the back of the phone to protect it while in the case.

Hopefully this holds true for you! There are several of us on here that were supposed to get our phones today according to UPS and now the delivery is rescheduled because they are still sitting at UPS in China. 😛
