OK so I found where to go to see that apples estimate my phone being delivered on the 23rd.

I went to The Apple website. I went where you can check the status of your order. I brought up the order for my iPhone and there's a hyperlink there that says track shipment. if you click on that it will give you the status and it will tell you your estimated delivery date. it showed that my status has been delayed due to weather and then it shows that my estimated delivery date is now September 23. so that must be what the representative I spoke to on the phone is looking at. the information might be accurate because it does reflect the status that there was a weather delay and that was cleared and the phone is in transit an estimate delivery date is tomorrow.so everybody should check it out instead of going to UPS go to your Apple order through their website. I did not use the apple app I just went to the website

If you track the order using the hyperlink on the Apple app it takes you right to the UPS page but if you go to the Apple.com website where you can check your order that is where it says track shipment and there's of that blue hyperlink and that's where it shows you the estimate delivery date

I'm just baffled that this paragraph was broken down into two sentences. May as well have gone for the gold and not including the one and only "period".

Holy run on sentence.

At least we're having some grammar fun during those tough times :D

Edit: what's up with all the customs clearance updates?!
Those exact updates happened the day before my release day iPhone was delivered, except there were lots of departures and arrival scan in between -_-

Edit #2: in response to the theory that your order status on Apple.com will tell you the correct delivery date, here's what mine says!

Check the quote in the comment right after yours and you will see I'm responding to that!

Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/23/2016 1:55 P.M. Arrival Scan
Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/23/2016 11:00 A.M. Departure Scan

In HK now smh we def not getting our phones tomorrow smh

Damn man the wait has been killing me and now we gotta wait until Monday :(

For the 8:01 Korea Scan:

This is likely going to be our flight: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS63/history/20160923/1143Z/VHHH/PANC

Phones will be delivered Monday.

Yea it seems to be that flight:

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS63/history/20160923/1143Z/VHHH/PANC

Then theres a flight from Anchorage to Louisville; right at 1:01 (The arrival time in Anchorage from previous flight)

UPS6063 B742 Anchorage Intl (PANC) Louisville Intl (KSDF) 01:01PM AKDT (departs in 14 hours 21 minutes) 10:39PM EDT

Im guessin we take that?

Haven't gotten the Hong Kong scan. Seems strange though. Feels like we're going backwards lol

We are its freaking dumb -- imagine the money on fuel they are wasting -- should have just went to Anchorage from Korea.

Ups dropped the ball so hard!! Like you only have one job! The job you base your whole company around and can't even get that right. I'm also assuming this issue is causing a major backlog since I haven't seen any new shipments in this thead since we got ours.... And since our phones are flying in circles they can't get anymore out until they finally get our situation sorted. /end-entitled-rant

Because it was dictated using Siri!!!!!!

As I indicated time and time and time again in my post all I did was state what the Apple representative told me. I never said I believed it was the truth. Honestly is that all you guys have to do is pick on what another member posts. I was just trying to relay what Apple told me. that's all simple plain as can be. God forbid I forget a period.

Lol same. Just here staring at "still processing" for the last 13 days... :(
I ordered 9/9 and recieved my confirmation email at 2:21 CT. My delivery days are 10/18-10/31... I shouldn't complain though it's not even October yet. I guess....

At this point, I'm pretty confident that those of us in that window won't be seeing early delivery...:(

I've never seen a fu'd up delivery chaos like the one we're seeing right now!
I hope Apple could actually notice that and maybe give us a batter courier service in the years to come, we're not buying $2 stuff off eBay to deal with this crap!

Anyone with an 11:39 departure have any updates? My phone is still in the air per UPS so i'm thinking missed scan or different plane. If that's the case I wonder where it's supposed to land. I'd have to guess Hong Kong still but weird that it wouldn't have landed by now.
