7+ Jet Black (128/256) Date Change Thread

Well I just saw that my delivery date which originally was 9-26 to 10/3 and which I got expedited to 9/17 to 9/24 was now changed to 9/22 to 9/29 for no reason. It's still processing also. I ordered jet black 7+ 128gig att on the iPhone app and I got my email confirmation at 12:09am.
Ah wow, okay, thanks. I requested the change on the UPS site from my iPad but didn't see the date it would be available. Are you guys seeing something for scheduled delivery date on the tracking number page, as well? Or did you just see the date in the process of requesting pickup?
If you are "Preparing for Shipment" and still haven't received your myChoice or UPS tracking number, they are uploading and scanning them into the system in waves right now. Just standby and yours will be up shortly!

Whats most likely happening, they just got a batch ready in China and the phones will be shipping soon and we will start getting them next week. Probably getting shipping notices soon. Especially since we have one confirmed shipping notice delivering the 22nd.

Caught one of the many many flights to Louisville that recently landed, and now the notices are catching up and phones will be shipped out across the US over the next three hours to all the major cities, and on the truck for delivery tomorrow.
I think its the first, but still have hope for the second.

For a second, I was like YAY. Then, I was like "I don't live in France!?"
It pulled this up after I search with the last 2 digits of my order number removed.

What's odd is that unlike the order I placed for my fiancée, mine does not have my serial number as a reference number. That makes me think that they have not delegated them out yet. It's possible they are still in China and they have yet to delegate them out, OR they shipped them ASAP to the US and will delegate them out once they have landed in KY.
Got it, thanks so much. I was able to see the same when I cahnged it to be picked up at a "Customer Care" center. I had previously tried a UPS Store, and didn't see the date it'd be available. By the way I ordered the 256 with ATT Next directly on Apple Store app, order processing email received at 3:09 ET. Was originally quoted 9/26-10/3, but it went preparing for ship Thursday afternoon and then changed to 9/23-10/3.
My wife's had no order number, but mine is there for this. So not sure it means anything.

Since you got your order so fast I suppose you deserve to get a initial release batch. If you got bumped up about 1-2 weeks then my worst case scenario is mid october...
I have two iPhone 7 Plus 256GB phones that went to Preparing to Ship Thursday afternoon. One of them is now showing up at ups.com in MyChoice - shows origin scan in China but no delivery date. The other one has nothing. Neither one of them show shipped yet at Apple.com, nor have the delivery dates there changed.
So it looks like early next week for our group, which is definitely better than our original estimated delivery dates. So I'm happy, though it would be have been awesome if they made it for launch day.

Yes a number of west coast posters received notifications that their deliveries would be delayed until the 19th. Some have reverted back as the flight got in an hour early
Tracking just started working for real (as in I can see the delivery date)
