Mine changed to PTS early yesterday morning and there was a pending charge that dropped off my account then reappeared this morning. Still not in my support profile and no tracking.
 
ive been stuck in preparing for shipment for over 12+ hours. jb+ 128 verizon. original ship range sept 26-oct 3. w46 order number. was hoping to see some movement overnight but alas nothing. nothing in support profile and the citizens online website sucks so who knows if ive been charged.

at least my series 2 watch will be here today.
 
My tracking just updated with Monday delivery.

Anyone else with a 9/26- 10/3 delivery date that is still stuck in processing hell with me. No charge. Nothing. What the **** is going on?

image.png I was notified this morning via text from Apple that it shipped and it would be here by 9/23. Checked tracking and it's coming Monday! I was in the original 256jb 7+ sept 26/30 category. I got my initial email at xx:10am from Apple and AT&T is my carrier.
I've always had standard shipping and looks like they changed it to express.

I'm a new IUP customer so who knows how that is working. But I'm a 9/27-10/1 range. The dreaded processing status
