P.S That clock screensaver is Fliqlo
PP.S. The time and date / weather on the desktop thing is most probably GeekTool <- examples and instructions.

Hm ok, I might have to look for alternatives. My current Jamo speakers sound great, but they are so big:(

They look so so so nice!! I might get a pair... just depends whether I can be bothered to fork out £50 for a pair of Firewire speakers...

I would buy the Firewire version 2
but they only works on firewire 400 and i dont want to use a firewire 400 to 800 converter

Ever looked at the JBL Creature IIs?
Yes, but in my opinion they are ugly as hell, sorry:eek:
My current favorites are the Scandyna Micropods or two Genelec 6010 in white plus 5040 in white.

Version 2??? I can't seem to find them???

Ever looked at the JBL Creature IIs? They're fantastic. They fit with the Mac colour scheme and they are great quality.

They aren't the nicest looking speakers in the book though are they!! ;)

All of the LaCie speakers are firewire no??

My main computer is the iMac C2D, which does the 'heavier' work. The MacBook is good enough for what I do on the move and the iMac G4 on top of the shelves is a server and though I did buy to repair, I ended up keeping it after spilling superglue on the screen.

Some very nice setups so far :) .

You say "heavier" work... I then shortly afterwards notice a Joystick connected up to the iMac... :p Just messing...

Also... I love the iMac on the shelf.. mine just sits gathering dust in the kitchen.. and sometimes I use it... Most of the time... it uses a very old version of EyeTV!!

1. i mean i would buy the firewire version too
3. No there a 2 version one with usb connection and one with firewire connection.
But the sound quality of the Firewire version is much better
because they are up to 24bit / 96kHz
and the usb version are up to 16-bit / 48kHz

Here are my shockingly bad pictures. I will have to take some new ones tomorrow. The windows is virtual. I do not have a PC :p
