HD vid uploads over 3g would be (are) awesome, but wouldn't that absolutely kill your data limit unless you got grandfathered into an unlimited plan?

Yep, It could & I hope that every one who has data limits will keep that in mind. I happily don't.

I know that there are some other posts/Threads discussing general recording time and file size but Ive never really thought about the data used to upload a specific file size. @least to come up with a general data usage. I mean, It can't be 1mb=1mb(roughly). Or is it? I don't know... Kinda feels like that should be general knowledge & I outta know so if anyone does, Feel free to chime in. If not I'll figure it out tomorrow & try to post some #s.

If I read .plist files correctly, it will set the facetime at 24fps, not 30.
Otherwise, youtube 720p upload works.

Yup,that's the OP. thank you. .I suggest anyone looking at this thread go check out the original.. This person was working pretty hard to get this working and it sounded like he had some other good stuff coming up.

Hm, I don't think this seems to be working for me. I tried both email and mobile me uploading, and they still ended up being compressed after I did a full reboot. What exactly am I supposed to see when I'm uploading?

My iPhone said it was compressing the video but it took longer than normal to upload and when I checked Youtube it was indeed 720p.
