For me 8.3 has been the most stable and best performing version on my iPhone 6 & iPad Mini 2.

What bugs have you encountered?

I don't think so ... Full video playback and screen on at 65-70% brightness

I had a weird issue with 8.3 that caused me to go back to 8.2 yesterday. I was on the public beta with a Gold iPhone 5s 32GB AT&T...It died before I left for work because I didn't put it on the charger before I fell asleep. So I put it on the charger in my car and it refused to charge (just kept showing the battery icon). So then I held the power button and home button for 15 seconds and it would act like it was going to boot, but it would just go back to shutting off before it finished. I thought maybe the car charger was bad so I plugged it into the wall outlet at work once I got there...same thing, no charging and no turning back on.

I put it in DFU and went to 8.2 and it has been fine since. I am not knocking 8.3 though...the battery seemed to last quite a bit longer and it was pretty stable. I think I just had a freak issue.

The only bug I come across, is iTunes sync deactivating every time.

Fully expected on a beta though.

Has anyone noticed the difference in the keyboard display when in mail? On my iPad 3 when I open mail the exclamation key and the question key has been replaced with - key and _ key?

is that when you are in the email entry fields?

Yes it is. I much prefer having the exclamation and question keys, don't use the other ones that much.

Do they stay that way when you are not in an email address text fields (like in the subject or body text fields of the mail)? Because it would make sense to have them like that in the email address text fields given that those characters can and often are used in email addresses while exclamation and question marks aren't used.

this beta 8.3 beta 3 is just fine, battery life also significantly improved over 8.3 b1/b2 & ios 8.2

most still hate ios 8 cause "everyone else does", expect these threads, just wait for ios 9...

The fact that you are finding bugs is good. Report them to Apple, and hope for a stable release.

If he is as specific about his issues with Apple as he is with MacRumors then no need to bother. Although the info his phone would have reported would certainly be a lot more detailed then this post, of course anything would be.

Worthless post..

Who made you the judge? Got a link? :)

I'm having great battery life using beta 3. Been off the charger since 8 am it's now 3pm and i'm currently at 71%. I would have easily been around 30-40%
