I love it when someone starts a new post and then never replies back to the thread. Troll bait!!! LOL

I've had zero bugs with 8.3 beta so far. Very stable.

I'm restoring to 8.2 at the moment.

Too many issues for me to keep 8.3 on my iPad Air 2. Safari completely freezes and has to be force quit every time I open it and try to load a page. And lots of apps keep freezing on me too.

I'll try again after public beta 2.

Edit: Just discovered that my 8.3 backup can't be used with 8.2 so I guess I'm going back to iOS 8.3. That's unfortunate. I hope beta 2 comes soon.

So far 8.3 is rock steady on my iPhone 5. No bugs. Yet! However, I don't like the new layout of the emoji's. Opinions??

Restored to 8.2

I rely on Google Maps for my job and it had a few weird issues. Didn't really see any benefit to new features in 8.3 and I wasn't having any app issues on 8.2 so I went back. Normally I'm pretty open to using betas.

Another issue was in Messages app and odd placement of text bubbles after sending messages. Kinda like back in some of the earlier 8.0 betas where text bubbles had odd placement.

op, next time you make such an informative thread, detailing all the bugs you've encountered, please use paragraphs.

Has anyone else though it weird that ios has the ability to 'cut', but yet osx does not?????

…what? The Mac has been able to cut since before I started using them in late 80s.

If you're for some reason referring to cut and paste in the Finder, first off, that's weird, since iOS doesn't even have a Finder equivalent. Secondly, you can do that by copying then pasting with Option-V to "cut" a file instead of copying it.

Have you tried shift/opt updating from 8.3 to 8.2 with iTunes?

I think OS X considers this a file "move" not a "cut and paste". This feature isn't very old. I think it came along in Lion or MT Lion. I never understood why we could cut and paste text, but not files. I'm not entirely happy with Option-V to move a file. It goes against a lifetime of muscle memory.

The only issue I have had is my banking app wont work now (Network glitch) and they say it is because my ios is registered on the network as 8.1.3 (dont see how this should be an issue.

But the ios it self is great, snappier and longer batter!

I have been running iOS 8.3 Beta 3 on my iPhone 5s for a few days now and it has been running great with no issues. It certainly runs as well as 8.2 did.

What don't you like about the layout of the new emojis?

I think the infinite scrolling just needs getting used to but I do wish there was some sort of search feature with emojis. I can never find the ones I'm looking for if they aren't in favorites! lol. I use the character keyboard and you can search in there.

I hope that everyone who is using the beta is reporting the bugs to Apple. After all, that's what a beta is for. It's not for early access, it's for submitting bug reports so that the final release is problem free.

I feel like a lot of people install betas of things only to get to use it early and they're not actually testing it for bugs or reporting them.

yeah 8.2 is way better. for those of you who want to post smart ass comments, grow up.

A stable release is better than a beta? No way!

You know the point of a beta is to report the bugs you find to Apple, right? If you switched to 8.2, I hope you at least reported the bugs you found in 8.3 first.

8.3 beta 3 is actually one of the most stable beta releases I've ever had. No complaints here.
