Foreign country Apple stores

EDIT: title should read 'Foreign country Apple stores are down", sorry

NOT just the US...everything I've found has said that the US would be the only country the store would be going down for for preorders today, and that foreign country preorder dates have yet to be announced.

But nonetheless, Apple Japan is down as are some other countries from what I'm hearing...
