8800GTS 512 Works with MAC PRO!

I see an 8800GTS for $10 locally, by PNY.

Will this work in my Mac Pro from 2006 (Intel) running Lion, with no additional flashing or drivers?

I realize this is an old thread, but some of you likely know...! =)

Is it a PC card or Mac Card? If its PC, you will have to find the rom to flash it so that the Mac architecture will recognize it..

I've heard elsewhere that for many cards (not sure about this one,) since Lion specifically, drivers are included in Mac OS. Flashing not needed..

..not sure about it, so I'm hoping someone here can include that knowledge base (Lion drives PC cards with no flashing needed) - with this particular card.
