Availability: Developer Beta

Bugs:
- Animations stuttering on all 64 bit devices (A7 and up)
- Many GPU heavy games start to drop frames for few seconds and again become smooth randomly. (eg. Chameleon Run)

Fixes/Improvements:
- "No animation" bug fixed which was caused by enabling Assistive Touch.
- Now possible to lock/unlock each individual note in notes app. Previously if you locked/unlocked one single note, all other notes were locked/unlocked at the same time.

Changes:
- You can turn on Low Power Mode when Night Shift is on.

I know Beta 3 has already come out, but has NO ONE else here determined that Beta 2 seems to have fixed the massive BT problem suffered by SE owners???
 
I'm seriously about to go nuts with this wifi bug on beta 2. I never had this happen until iOS 9.3. My iPhone 6S constantly loses internet connection from my wifi network. I have to turn off the wifi on my phone and then turn it back on, in order to get it to work. I haven't heard many people talk about this. Is there something wrong with my phone or my AirPort Extreme??

Well, I tried a possible fix that I read about. I changed settings for my network to Link Local only. Internet is back, and we'll see if it corrects the issue. I don't know if it's an iOS bug or what. Never had it happen until recently.

Beta 3 was released. Why are you still using Beta 2?
