OK. Random stutter is becoming more annoying than ever.
Prepare to update back to 9.3.1. I cannot tolerate this any longer.
UPDATE: "Update" was a success. So far so good. No more such crazy stutter and lag.
Wait for official 9.3.2. Don't want to mess up with beta software for now.

There is a applebytes video comparison on youtube comparing the 9.3.1 with this beta , I don't see any stutter present ,

Anyone care to explain ???

I just want to say I have seen just SO many stutters around the entire iOS. Game stutter, animation stutter, and more. Happen here and there.
He is OK != I am OK. Period.

Doing this right now as the stutters on my 6s plus are everywhere so hopefully going back to 9.3.1 will cure it.

honestly for those that aren't seeing stutters, I don't even believe them, ON A FRESH INSTALL AND NO RESTORE, I saw stutters swiping in between app pages and unlocking the phone. I'm not dumb, i know when something is affecting my phone only or if its on everybody's, some people just like feeling cool and saying "Nope not on my device"

Ok so you are not dumb, but assume the rest of us are? How exactly do you know if the issue is on everybody's devices? Just curious. So far I see no stutter or lag or anything other that the cellular menu still stutters like it has since iOS 9.0. I am pretty sure I am not dumb and dont know the difference if my device is working more poorly than it was or not.

9.3.2 Beta 1 Bug Fixes, Improvements, Issues

iOS 9.3.2 beta 2
Availability:
Developer Beta
Build: 13F61

Bugs:

- Animations stuttering on all 64 bit devices (A7 and up)
- Many GPU heavy games start to drop frames for few seconds and again become smooth randomly. (eg. Chameleon Run)

THIS!! D:
Glad to see I'm not the only one with these issues.

What is the typical release time frame for a bug and performance update like 9.3.2.. Anyone have any idea when the final will be out (and reasons to support the estimate)

No real typical release schedule.

Know what?

(And as far as Apple scheduling a release, of course they would have some idea originally that gets refined/finalized as things get closer to being done, but that doesn't mean that different releases fall under the same scheduling or that anyone outside those who are working on it would have scheduling knowledge.)

Has anyone done a geek bench for Beta 2? Wonder how much lower it is compared to Beta 1 and 9.3.1.

yeah it was about the same as b1 so it seems.

9.3.2 beta 1
2538 4387

9.3.2 beta 2
2539 4424
Interesting. I would have expected a huge drop. The stutter must be solely animation related and not overall device performance.

I see one at 1:19 when the keyboard comes up it stutters on 9.3.2 but not 9.3.1. I also see stutter when they open apps like Calendar and Weather. Kind of hard to see the difference on the video though, easier in person I guess.

Stutter is not going to be really noticeable in any video shot at 30FPS. It needs to be shot in 60 or higher.

Downgrade now. Stutter and laggy have improved drastically. At least, the lag will no longer lasting over several seconds.

Can anyone else confirm this? I've noticed the stutter only happens while auto-brightness is adjusting my brightness.
I think you're onto something. Turn off auto brightness and adjust the brightness in settings and it should stutter while you adjust. Disabling auto brightness seems to have either mitigated the stutter or gotten rid of completely for me as well.

Really? I am out of beta so cannot confirm.
But this reminds me that when flux adjusting screen tint, Windows also becomes more laggy than usual.
