Original iPhone and 6S+, actually surprised the original turned on.

Reading through those old emails and texts is pretty hilarious, and reminds me of good times. Amazing how far these phones have come. I remember sitting at the bar so excited we could pull up espn.com in like 2 minutes.

And that was on Edge, right? :)

Amazing how far we’ve come (kinda wanna throw my old RAZR in there just for reference

I still have a brand new screen for my RAZR around here somewhere. Of course, I haven't had the RAZR phone for about ten or eleven years.

No, being honest. We can't even after all these years change the SMS bubble colors. It's pathetic really. My jailbroken 3GS had better features than a new iPhone today.

Sorry your expectations are so low.
Customization ≠ Better. Not saying customization isn't good. But you using it at a barometer to compare phones is dumb imo

Stuff like 'changing SMS bubble colors' just isn't very high on Apple's priority list, I guess.
The improvements to iOS and iPhone in general during the last years are massive. Two different worlds, really.

Imo your opinion is dumb. A iPhone 7 can't even give us some of the basics a flip phone could do back in 96. Seriously??? Give us some options to personalize our $1000+ phones. I was just pointing out one little thing out of many things an iPhone still can't do but should after all this time. I expect more innovation after all this time.

Name them? What can't an iPhone do that a flip phone could?

Massive? Lol OK still doesn't compare at all to jailbroken features that have been out for years. The improvements you speak of that have been so massive are what exactly?

A basic phone back then had a least a couple themes. iPhone still doesn't.

You could also have your own ringtones easily.

Okay, I see what you are, name nothing. A theme, really? You are entitled to your opinion and I will respect you opinion, but saying Apple hasn't improved much at all since the original iPhone 9 years ago is ludicrous. I have no idea why a theme matters to you, but just stick to android. I use both, I enjoy both, but I don't feel the need to trash one platform on a forum. Use what you like, get over it.
