Price for NEW iPhone 4G/HD/G4?

What do you think the new price will be for the NEW iPhone 4G/HD/G4, whatever you want to call it. This will be for eligible upgrades only!

Higher? Lower? than the current pricing?

whats the difference it will probably cost the same. Is it going to bother you seeing all that empty unused memory?

They'll probably shift the 3gs down to the entry level and introduce the new ones at the higher price points.

I think his logic is that the 3g 8gig started at $199 then later got reduced to $99 when the 3gs came out. Since the 3gs 16gig will be the lowest memory range of this gen, he's thinking that the new phone will have 32gig at $199 and 64gig at $299 with the 3gs 16gig moving to the $99 price point.

Not sure the new phone will have 64gig. Will be interesting to see though. I know I will be sticking with 32 unless his pricing scheme is right. I still have only used maybe 5 gigs on my phone. Lol.

If it shoots HD video you will want as much space as you can get your hands on.

I'll be getting the 64gb (if possible) for this very reason alone.

Sort of afraid that the new iPhone 4G might come in higher with the dual cameras Apple needs to try to maintain price points IMO

About a month away to find out though....

I need to replace my iPhone 1G after three years of good use.. have some discoloration and some strange etching on the screen - but still going strong here.

The odds of you actually LISTENING to ALL 50GB of music? Do you REALLY need to have 50GB of music all on your phone at one fell swoop?

Not to poke fun at you or anything but that is a lot of music all on one device and seems like over kill.

Out of 64GB of music I do have half of it that I listen to on a regular basis... never know what mood will strike me here

I see both sides of the argument. I used to say the same, "why do you need 64GB of music on you?" But now I gotta say that I prefer not to have to pick and choose or filter anything out. Just load it all up and not spend time worrying about it. Much simpler.

Since when is the iPhone (or Apple in general) about things that people need? If I'm spending upwards of $2000/yr for a phone I want it to be able to play any song that I own.

Also while I'm not going to listen to all 50gb, I don't tend to know ahead of time which songs I'm going to want to listen to ahead of time.
