iPod touch [IMG]NEW UPDATE 5! Colored Models. Is this the iPod Touch 4G!?

I used the iPhone 4 picture and made some changes to make it more like an iPod Touch 4g.

Changes include:

  • Thinner
  • Standby button on opposite side
  • No vibrate button
  • iPod Touch interface (no phone/messages app)
  • No black seems on the antenna
  • No flash
  • No front speaker

Do you think this could be the final design?

UPDATE: So a lot of you guys have been saying that it could possibly have a design that looks more like an iPad. Therefore i made this, hope you guys like it! :)
UPDATE 2: The camera is now in the middle on both versions.
UPDATE 3: Added a black version of the iPad-looking model.
UPDATE 4: Made a red model, what do you think?
UPDATE 5: Made other color models
 
I don't think Apple would make the design exactly the same as the iPhone.

If the rumors are true, the next-generation iPod touch will have a very similar design to the current one.

why not? the current iPod Touch is almost identical to the 3G/3GS. In the past I've seen one and thought it was the other until taking a closer look.
 
The front facing camera (if there is one) will most likely be in the middle.
 
Hmmmm... this actually fairly nice. Alot better than others ive seen. I dont think it will be that thin though.


Does anybody notice these magenta like lines on the bottom half of the iPhone on the bezel?
 
Woah! no way will it be that thin! Look at the side on and look at how much of it is just the front and back glass panels. Take that away and the remaining space would have to fit all the new features. not gonna happen...
 
It's a good ass photoshop/MS paint job, reminds me of one I saw somewhere else. The front facer would be centered, highly doubtful we'll get a 5MP camera. Back probably won't be back glass, more aluminum.

I agree.

If you really want it to look semi-realistic, you need to make it thicker.
 
Nice work on the pic. I don't think it will look almost exactly like the iPhone 4, Apple has always distanced the iPod touch's design from the iPhone a lot, the iPod touch 2G and 3G look like the iPhone 3G and 3GS, but are pretty different from each other, even if they are both rounded designs. I think the new touch will be more squared off, with a similar design to the iPhone 4, I don't think glass though.
