Gear 4 The Band - Review

Well i finally bought a case to replace my bumper. Although I liked the idea, it just didnt fit right and was loose.

So i went for the Ger 4 'The Band' case as it is similar to the Bumper. They come in various colours, i got the white and grey and also bought a black and pink for the Mrs (will add picks of that later)

On first impressions i really like it. It's alot more snug than the bumper, it also has a larger opening at the bottom so now i can use 3rd party cables and accessories.

The buttons for the volume and sleep/wake are rubber and need alot more pressure than the metal bumper ones.

You're right, i didnt like the candy on the 3Gs as the plactic seemed to crack. With this case the plastic feels very robust and is a nice tight fit. Time will only tell though.

I'm in the UK fella, saw it on ebay 1st but bought it through mobilefun.
You may be lucky and find it.

That looks real nice, have you jailbroken the iPhone to get that android like widget?

I bought the red icebox edge which also has the transparent plastic back for more protection. I may get the lime green version too

Nope, that would be the sun. I believe the 'moon' in question rarely sees the light of day.

I still think the bumper is a little more slick. The rubber buttons is a plus for this case, but is what puts it below the bumper in my opinion.

Omg these look amazing! I definitely want this. Is there a product site by any chance? Not having much luck tracking one down (I'm in Australia so I'd have to grab it online).
