I have read reports that the original Bumper scratched the iPhone's metal surface in some cases. And some guessed that might be due to the hard plastic on the inside of the Bumper constantly rubbing against the steel. Others argued that this is the inevitable consequence of dust and stuff like that gathering between the Bumper and the metal.
When I saw pictures of the scratches I came to the opinion that it probably was the Bumper itself that caused the small damage.
So what's your impression of the Band? Do you think it could also produce marks and small dints? Or does it look softer on the inside than the Apple Bumper?
