It's only occasional for me, but I'm glad to have the option that every other phone has had for years.

Most of my pics and videos go to others who have a smartphone, so I use email whenever possible. Better image quality and no hit against my message allowance. But I very much like having MMS to swap pics with family and friends on dumbphones, even if I only do it once in a while.

I send them when appropriate or when I need to, so maybe once every few weeks or so. It just depends on the situation.

3-5 per day... my friends and I are always sending each other the most random stuff we can find, or pics from the night before of craziness.

def better than e-mail though... u can view it and slide to reply much quicker than unlocking the phone, going to mail app, tapping on email, hitting reply...
