Ahh cool. Check out Memumi ( Japanese brand ) looks to be .3 mm. Been tempted for a while to get it but that branding gets me every time.
Nice man, I have it in my cart. Pictures?I’ve got a memumi transparent case on my starlight 13 mini and it’s really good.
I’ve had totallee cases and tozo cases in the past, this is the same as those are, everything lines up as it should. Nice matte feel in hand. No gaps or weird fitting issues and nice and cheap.
The camera also rather than just a big hole is shaped the same as the camera bump so offers a little scratch protection there too.
Looks like the only true protection is the 1 mm lip .. I saw pictures on Amazon JapanI will get some sorted![]()
Welcome to Team Tozo 👊 I actually just took my Caudabe off and put the Tozo back on. The former is still very nice, but I like the hint of transparency the latter offers.Just got the Tozo ultra slim case and gotta say this is a great case. Super super thin with just a little lip (I have no screen protector) so you can lay it face down. Nice feel and only like $8. This is for the 12 Pro BTW.
Sorry to hear the sad news - but the Tozo did its job, right? Post-fall, was the phone more or less undamaged? If so, I think this is just good press for Tozo, and basically a call for a second Tozo case.Folks, a difficult update here: This afternoon, my TOZO case heroically gave its life to protect my phone during an unexpected fall. I’ve moved back to the Caudabe Veil during this trying time.

My pleasure, and yes, that’s correct! Not a single mark on the frame or anywhere else. The phone has actually had several falls—it’s been a very clumsy week—and the case held up extremely well. These new phones are tough enough that a thin case is probably all you need in many instances. (But, of course, there are limits.) In my case I may order another TOZO, but there’s also another option that should be in my mailbox as I type this. Looking forward to giving this new one a whirl.Sorry to hear the sad news - but the Tozo did its job, right? Post-fall, was the phone more or less undamaged? And fwiw, I received the Tozo today and just put it on a moment ago. First impressions are definitely positive; fit/cutouts are good, and honestly I can't even imagine a slimmer case. I also can't imagine how this case could possibly protect against...well, anything, really. But if your phone is still in good shape after that fall, then maybe your pic instantly proves me wrong? Regardless, I'll give this Tozo a good test drive for a couple of weeks before rendering a final decision. Thanks for your pics/updates.

That's a good idea, thank you. I'll do that ?Just a thought ….
I have had something similar happen before and I reached out to the company’s customer service with a positive note and pics. They actually sent me a free replacement and a thanks along with asking permission to use as an example.
….
I don't find them slippery--and they're much better than a bare phone--but based on your description I'd say the texture is about what you'd expect. They're definitely not as grippy as a TPU or leather case. For those who have the TOZO (or any of the other cases mentioned in here for that matter), can you describe the grip/slipperiness of the case? I’ve tried a few of these ultra slim cases in the past, and they are all super slippery with the same matte plastic texture as common plastic household items. They slide right against my hand unless I grip extra firmly.
Not a bad idea bro. What’s the weight of that?
Does anyone know whether the texture of the Caudabe Veil and Tozo cases feel different, and if one is more grippy than the other? I've seen reviews of previous Caudabe cases saying that the texture is a little bit more grippy than your typical ultra-slim TPU case, but wondering if it's true (especially for this iPhone 13 Pro generation).
Handling them both right now and having used them for a few weeks: There seems to be no difference in texture. Further, I think they’re made in the same factory—castings seem identical—with just a slightly different material. TOZO is also being super cool and replacing my case even though it broke due to my clumsiness. Unless you like Caudabe’s colors better I don’t know how to justify the extra price. Their cases are very good, but no better than the cheaper TOZO.Does anyone know whether the texture of the Caudabe Veil and Tozo cases feel different, and if one is more grippy than the other? I find the Pitaka Air Cases to be the finest on the market. I've been using them for years. The Air Case weighs just 7.1g, with a thickness of only 0.55mm.Not for the 13 but I believe they have them out now also.
I have a Pitaka Air case with a Nomad leather skin on the case for my 12 Pro Max.
The Nomad leather skin is made from Horween leather so it has the leather smell and feels very nice.
Very thin as well and adds little thickness to the Pitaka case.
I have used the Tozo/Peel/Totallee cases in the past but the Pitaka Air is thin, weighs 10g and actually provides decent drop protection.
I dropped my Pro Max last weekend getting out of the car and it hit the driveway on the corner. The case got a ding but no damage to the phone.
Not the cheapest combo but when you pay $1k for a phone using a case that adds minimal weight and bulk and protection has worked well for me.
I have the same setup with the black Nomad leather skin but use the brown on my Pacific Blue Pro Max the most as you can see from the wear.

They’re very nice looking cases, but at .55mm they’re quite a bit thicker (relatively speaking, of course) than the .30-.35mm ones mentioned here.I find the Pitaka Air Cases to be the finest on the market.
