Cool - a picture!

I can't wait to see the movie actually. The picture is sort of stark and boring. Much prefer the Chocolate Factory! They had colourful things and rivers of chocolate!!!! :D

Back in the day when I was into the whole F/X thing I would look at pictures of Tom Savinis workshop and pictures from on set with a magnifying glass. I found something that I couldn't explain in those photos from the late 70's and found out it was commercial grade KY Jelly.
Those were the days.

Now you kids pull up photoshop or aperture to do what took me hours.

I wonder if Apple could write their own CAD app? They certainly seem to have the experience.

Here's a preliminary promotional photo. Steve Jobs and the Apple Factory. 12/2009. The six month leave is to finish post-production.

That's pretty cool. I bet you spent a lot of time making that.

Too bad there isn't an Apple Factory. If there was, I would do anything for a golden ticket and getting to bring a camera along.

WHO CARES :p, this is the stupidest post ever imo, mainly because theres only one picture...

Is that an iMouser I see in the background??

LMAO, the thing on the table that looks like a robot ?:p

The display in the background looks like it could be a prototype of an Cinema Display. This could be a replacement of the 30-in Cinema display and might have a touch-screen on it. (by looking at the size of the buttons and knowing the fact that companies are offering a touch screen upgrade for the new 24-in)

Apple might be putting in a touch screen to eliminate the need to hire another company to do so. Also, Apple needs to offer the Matte option for the Unibody MacBook displays like they are offering it for the new 17-in MBP.

LOL! RIGHT! That's just some screen to the laser gun that shoots all the Micro$oft Copycats from a distance. ;)

That big machine in the Background, new Mac Pro.

I'm getting my credit card ready in anticipation for that sexy beast. :p

The comments Tim Cook made about how little business the Mac Pro gives them are kinda scaring me :( I hope they never drop pro support and all the pro apps. My life as a film-maker would be ruined pretty much :( Then again if they would update the Mac Pro and other desktops maybe they would sell more, but I know most people can't afford Mac Pros.

That studio looks very nice and clean and cool. It would be so interesting to just watch Jonathan Ive work for a day, or week, or month, or full product cycle :D

I have been trying to find where he said that…
What I could find only related to the general pro (business) and education markets:
Q: How are the pro and education segments?
A: Businesses are cutting back. Education down 6% year-over-year in total, K-12 down 10%. Very significant funding uncertainty due to state budget shortfalls. We don't see this picking up very quickly.

Where did he say the Pro side is giving Apple little business?
Just curious…
