A Storyboard App That Can Be "Exploded" Like an Investigation Board

Hello Apple friends, what storyboard app is the best at visualizing the flow of a story or a mechanic (for example for game app development), preferably wherein you can connect it like an investigation board so it's more freestyle, rather than a powerpoint slide which is too linear- preferably a freeware

Look at the Freeform app that is included in macOS. If I recall correctly, it first showed up in Ventura.
