Scammers
Definitely dodgy. I paid £23.99 for an iPhone 4 unlock on Orange on 30th October.
It got to about 1st December with no update, despite me pestering via their crap support chat - nobody answers their phone and they don't respond on Twitter. They don't advertise an email address.
I demanded a refund. They said no, referring to their terms and conditions.
So I'm filing a complaint to the office of fair trading (OFT), to my card provider (Barclaycard) and to others.

Yes we can cancel but as per terms and conditions we can not refund pre-orders sorry, if you wish to transfer your purchase to a different handset at a later date then we can do that for you

http://www.oft.gov.uk/ I will be asking them to investigate the situation. They will charge you an investigation fee. The fee will be more than my refund. The investigation will damage your company image and probably cost you more in fines too, depending on what they find. Your terms and conditions are unfair, you advertise a service for a price then change the price. You have until Monday 17th, else I will file the complaint and request an investigation on Tuesday 18th.
