I've seen a few touch screen iMac G3s around the place. I've got no idea how much people'd be charging for them, but I'm guessing it's not terribly much. Touch screen pricing has come way down in the past five years or so.

Touchscreen technology isn't as new as some people seem to believe. It's been common since the '90s for use in kiosks, etc.
You can retro-fit just about any Mac with a touchscreen if you so desire.
MULTI touch is new however.
