A warning to any UK iPhoner's on contract that plan to return

I'm on Vodafone. When does the 7 days start from? When I did the upgrade on Thursday (release day) or when I actually got the handset which was yesterday (Tuesday)?

Funnily enough, I emailed the Apple Store I bought my iPhone from to find out what the state of play was with regards to returning it due to poor signal with Orange at home, despite what their coverage checker says.

The reply said, amongst other things - and I quote - "Yes, that is fine within 14 days on Orange".


YMMV of course.

I feel for you bud. Might be worth asking Vodafone to confirm when contract started - but i suspect it was last thurs...
