Hi,
I bought my iPhone SE in June at Apple Store in US. I got a A1662 version - LTE was working fine.
Recenlty I moved to Europe - Poland. Right now I do not have LTE, I tried 2 carriers.
I checked http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/#iphone-se and I see that my phone supports band number 3 and 20 which is used by my carriers in Poland.
I also checked BTS map around my place and they are 1800 MHz - Band 3.
I do not understand why I don't get LTE.
Is this version (A1662) not supported in Europe because of software restrictions ?
Is it possible to unlock this LTE feature by making a Jail Break ?

No, it's not something that can be done with a jb hack.
Contact your carrier and see if they can help. Most likely they need to enable lte access on your account. You will have to give them your phones imei.

Sounds to me like you used Verizon or sprint.
Call the carrier get it fully unlocked.
