Is iOS14 version of iphone is better? What is the new features in iOS14 compared to iOS13,10? Can Anyone Suggest ?

ios 13 is no longer supported. Ios 14 is still receiving security patches. For that alone, to me, it's worth updating.

iOS 14 is no longer being signed so you can’t update to it or install it. If you already have it on your phone it will be updated with new .xx versions with security updates. Someone please offer correction if this is incorrect.

The security patch/update only works if your on 14.5 or above and only offered OTA. No ipsw file..
