So basically you are just guessing and have no information on the subject?

Even you said you have some leakage information ? How do you have that information ?? barring the 5 senior member Apple team people like Tim Cook, Phil Schiller,Johny Ivy etc...no one else would know this, so how do you have this info ? Are you saying you are not guessing ? Please enlighten us how do you have such accurate information on the subject that you talk about ? Tell us all ? Let's assume you are the real subject matter expert here !

As I said, the leaked Intel slides say one thing and it has been covered nicely in the macrumors article. That is some information we can use, it is not 100% sure of course and anything can happen, but it is way more sure than you just saying that they will update.

So Intel is gonna come out with a Haswell Chip upgrade is something that did not come in my dream. It is obviously based on the intel time table that was leaked..putting that in context with the rMBP it goes without saying that Apple will, would have to refresh the rMBP so it is not only you who had read hat Intel leaked timetable and in that also you just read half of it for which nobody can help you and if you lack that imagination on foreseeing the future who can help lol !

I have no clue what you are talking about. At this point i suggest you go reread the slides that were leaked. Where do you see any refresh of the chips in the 13 rMBP? The chips for the Air yes, but not for the 13" rMBP? The 15" is not even included in the slides.

Yeah see...again the same problem is happening with you...You are not able to comprehend..Grasp things ! Why would Intel Time Table talk about a third party hardware manufacturer like Apple on what will he refresh in his current line up of Notebooks...and what will he exclude. Intel will talk only about themselves, are you expecting Intel to come out with an official statement "oh yeah...look..you know what ? since we are coming with a Haswell Chip Upgrade Apple will update its rMBP" do you expect Intel to say this ??

it is simple common sense reading once will make someone understand it. Why on Earth would Intel say what should Apple upgrade or not ! Do you even realise what you are saying ?? I guess you should read it again and again over and over again till you comprehend, Grasp it correctly !

Read This, This is even going a step further to what I am saying... an excerpt form Macrumors.com

The Next Year here means 2014 not 2015. And even if the Broadwell Chips have now been delayed I see no reason why can't we have a Haswell upgrade in the rMBP.

I have no problem comprehending what is written on the Macrumors page, I have some trouble comprehending what you mean. It would serve you right to be a bit nicer though.

You are the one who said Apple will update their notebooks when the Haswell refresh is released. I merely pointed out that the leaks point to that there will be no Haswell refresh for those CPUs used in the 13" rMBP (28W CPUs). Apple could of course update for any other reason or even switch to a ULV CPU for the 13" rMBP, as I pointed out there is no information about the CPUs used in the 15" rMBP either so those might be updated.

I think Apple wants to release updates for all their notebooks this year. But I think it is uncertain what such an update would contain depending on which class of CPUs Intel decide to update.

I suggest you read this: https://www.macrumors.com/2014/02/21/intel-chip-roadmap-2014/

A Quote from the same very Link that you have put here ! Now you decide what you want to take from it and what you do not ! Check the attachment.

Sounds like they might want to release the CPUs they have been planning to refresh earlier than expected. That says nothing about which CPUs they might update and which will stay as they are until Broadwell.

Ha...Ha...Ha How much are you gonna convince yourself that you are not repenting on your decision to buy the rMBP that you just purchased. lol !

You want to listen and read only what you want to :) if it works for you !!

No, I am reading what is written in English. That statement does not mention anything about which CPUs is going to be upgraded, it is only dealing with the time frame of such an update. My "analysis" of your quote was just a pure reading exercise. I am actually wondering if you are trolling me right now, all you have to do is read the quote you posted.

And to be honest I couldn't care less if when they update. I can just buy a new computer if they update the rMBPs with something I want.

You seem to really want them to update soon though, are you perhaps waiting to buy? ;)

Looks like it hurt you very badly...lol !

The update will be very minor at least making it pointless to wait for it.. Unless you wait until fall or 2015 for Broadwell which is a long way from now.. So really I am not sure what you are so excited about, haswell refresh if it were to happen soon to mbp would be very minor update

I am waiting for a Broadwell Chip to be included in the 15" rMBP when I will make my purchase but this guy was not ready to accept that there can be a Haswell refresh ! So I am cool as I am not looking out for a Haswell upgrade chip ! I mean, as of now !

So i'm just going to go a head and buy the most current 15" rMBP and start making funky tunes and Dj'ing again with that. I am sure it'll be plenty powerful. If there's an upgrade soon, so be it. This is the life of a tech world.
