Thing is, after the tool does its thing, the device needs to be able to access the greenpois0n website to finish the jailbreak. Really no point in doing the JB until the site's back up. My phone is almost there, but that last step can't complete *sigh*

Not that I'm complaining... but they really should've made it so that the tool installs cydia rather than make the phone download it from a site that millions will try to access at once.

All I meant to convey was that I feel they should've had the foresight to realize that their site would go down based on past JB experiences... but I also recognize that they're the developers and they can damn well do whatever they please. If you want to take that as complaining, so be it.

Edit: VPN thing works fine. Got Cydia now! Guess they had more contingencies built in than the initial post indicated
