Thanks for answer.

After unlock iPhone from T-Mobile network, I got a new sim card (from telecom operator) I can't pass the activation because of an activation error. I'm not sure if the servers are down...

I think that tends to indicate carrier or SIM issues.

What you're looking at is his router network password.
