Are you on the latest version of watchOS (4.3) and iOS (11.3.1)? This problem went away for me in the month after I updated.

Hi, thanks for the advise, I updated last night but my May challenge still says I have about 500+ minutes of exercise which is quite impossible. However, I noticed my April challenge suddenly just completed, I’m not sure if it is because of the update. Maybe it will be fixed next month?

It seems that it doesn't fix the challenge that's currently active, but future challenges will behave correctly.

It's weird that your April challenge was fixed as well, as my experience is that any monthly challenge that isn't successfully completed disappears instantly when the next month's challenge is created. Anyway, hopefully the challenges will behave correctly from now on!
