I am sleep tracking now. At the time I stopped for a long while and I think you explained to me that I needed to sleep track for a bit. Anyway, I have data there now.Did you sleep track with your Apple Watch for at least a month? The watch has to establish your baseline for these metrics including your Training Load.
You go jogging and running a lot right?
I do more walking/jogging than running. I try to do at least 5 miles a day but often go for more.
