Did you sleep track with your Apple Watch for at least a month? The watch has to establish your baseline for these metrics including your Training Load.

You go jogging and running a lot right?
I am sleep tracking now. At the time I stopped for a long while and I think you explained to me that I needed to sleep track for a bit. Anyway, I have data there now.

I do more walking/jogging than running. I try to do at least 5 miles a day but often go for more.

That’s a lot no wonder your challenge says to walk or run at least a certain distance right?

I don’t get as much as these ones as I don’t go running a lot.

Got my April challenge done... I hope everyone is on track for theirs!

Run? No running. Yes it was easy.

Weight lifting and elliptical Monday thru Friday ~ 90 minutes, 60 minutes elliptical on weekends.
Oh, I see!

Today, I had a super intense workout routine during my weekdays of spring break. It was a mix of HIIT, strength training, core exercises, and Pilates. I’m back to my regular routine after recovering from my illness last Thursday.

I also changed my rowing indoors to the weekends instead of rowing on Wednesday for the HIIT I have to do weekdays on top of Pilates, strength and yoga for the activity challenge.

Gah 😩 Can you believe an earthquake hit during my yoga session? Thankfully, it wasn’t during the HIIT or strength training session, which involves a lot of standing and moving around. I was on the ground for yoga, so it was easy for me to duck and cover until the shaking stopped. My iPhone and Apple Watch had emergency alerts when the earthquake struck, which briefly paused my workout.

Hey everyone! I have some exciting news to share. In addition to the upcoming Earth Day event, Apple has launched a new activity challenge called “Close Your Rings.” Here are the details from the official Apple website:

This challenge is similar to the internal one, but this year, the public can get an exclusive pin of the activity rings. No strap will be given out just a pin.

However, it’s important to note that you won’t receive the pin in the mail if you complete the challenge next Thursday. Instead, you’ll need to visit an Apple Store starting April 24th to pick it up. The pin is free.
