Same here, did my hour plus long workout, my phone has the closed rings recorded, but haven't got the award. Both the Watch, Phone, TV and HomePod are updated to the brim. Oh well.

I had to wait until after work to get this one.
I had class all day yesterday, so I didn’t get the badge until I finished my Fitness+ workout after school.

Same here. I close my rings every day so not much of a challenge.
Public/official iOS/watchOS/tvOS/HomeOS, and yes, I restarted them all. Got today’s badge right after closed all three rings. Earth Day one is still nowhere to be found.
