Activity rings in OS2

you know ive been wandering the same thing as mines been filling up faster as well. I wander if they changed the algorithm or something.

I posted the same thing in the other thread -- that my exercise ring has been filling much more quickly on 2.0 than it did on 1.01. I don't like it.

I'll keep an eye out here for ideas.

Agreed, but it also doesn't help motivate you to get out there and actually do some exercise.

The heart-rate monitor will take readings every 10 minutes if you're NOT moving around. When you start moving around it pauses that 10 minute reading. You can see that in your readings, too. I'm guessing you went to the bathroom or got a snack around 1:50pm yesterday. 🙂

There really are no changes to the readings since 1.0.1.

Yep, was also going to suggest this was the case with his readings. The gaps of greater than 10 minutes pretty much confirm that it is not taking HR readings no matter what, and that the Watch does not proceed on its scheduled timing if it detects you, or your arm in general, are moving/in motion.
