Just type Macrumors inside the Apple News app then hit + in upper right corner of the app to add
 
No, just your “region” in settings > general. It has to be United States. Australia and UK are apparently not available in 9.0 either, only 9.1.
I put US in region settings and now I do have news app, but when I try to enter it i get this:

Wow, thanks for the tip! I actually got to keep the News app once I switched back to Sweden. Didn't expect that!
 
One minute more way: navigate to Macrumors in Safari and tap the extensions icon and select "add to news."
 
Very nice! Now if someone will tell Apple to flip the switch on the Apple News Format so I can MAKE A CHANNEL LOOK PRETTY. Our RSS feeds don't even deliver photos because the company we use is apparently stupid. Looking forward to other good uses for news like MR. This basically gives a lot of news and info sites an app without the pain of developing an actual app.

Good to know ! Have you tried rebooting your phone ? I read somewhere that it might leave then

OK , so I'm curious so I tried switching back to France and I lost my News app . I then went back to US , rebooted my phone and it's back !!!!

I haven't tried that. I rarely reboot my iPad, and frankly I have no intention of doing so, in fear of the News app going away.
