Why not run the windows version of photoshop etc with Wine or Crossover office. Codeweavers announced that they are releasing an OSX version of their application very soon.

I have been using WINE to run photoshop in Linux for the past couple years, and I have to say that the performance of the program is actually better than under Windows XP. Just a thought........Thats what I am planning for my new MAC...
