not much there

I downloaded and played with it. I expected at least to have a "levels" adjust. Not much functionality at all, and the rotate/flip doesn't work. Maybe it will grow.

I can't be bothered to purchase a competing app since I do any editing of iPhone photos in Photoshop proper, but the tools are pretty useful, especially crop. Can't complain for free.

Well looks like the relationship between Apple and Adobe is warming up! May be Flash on its way?

I SURE HOPE NOT!!! Flash can rot and I hope HTML 5 kills it forever everywhere!

This app is fun though. I wonder though if Apple will add functionality like this into the photos app eventually to make it more like iPhoto! :D

The load speeds are ok on my 3GS. Maybe it's doesn't have the most functionality, but the interface is what makes me use it. The best app is the one you use (a take on "the best camera is the one you have on you").

Yep. No prob.

As others have said, this is limited, but it's pretty cool and the UI is excellent.

As far as more options, let's face it. We're stuck with a 3MP camera in our iPhones. No matter how much editing the app lets you do, it won't let you take a better quality pic, so IMO, this is more than adequate for basic stuff.

To me the value would be receiving a photo of arbitrary size in email or on my own FTP site, editing it for a blog or email or web page, then sending it along.

Can I email stuff to my FTP site yet?

Speaking of which what is the best text editor/FTP upload combo for iPhone right now?

Rocketman

Adobe hasn't forgotten about those outside the US-I received a tweet from their Photoshop.com Twitter:
"Please stay tuned - we're exploring ways to offer the iPhone app globally!"

I imagine it's something horrendously complex and technical that they've got to overcome to do this, along the lines of ticking the "Make App Available Globally" box when they submit to App Store.
