Migration failed updating to 11.3, all 4 backups, including TM. Had to clean install 11.3 and all data. Yes, all backups failed to give me the app store and fast safari browsing w migration from each. So i am asking where are music App playlists stored in 11.2.3 backups? I dont think it is in the file kept in the music folder because i tried importing it. All of my playlists are gone unless i can retrieve them from backups.
