Oddly, my gold iPhone 6 Plus was the first iPhone I was glad to get rid of to get a space grey 6s Plus. I absolutely love my gold iPhone 5s, but in plus size the color and the white bezel seemed kinda cheap. I'll definitely go for a space grey iPhone 7.

EDIT: I'm typing this on a gold iPad Air 2 which I think looks gorgeous. Very weird...

Maybe it's the chamfered edges?

I've only gone with black bezels (iPhone and iPad) as I thought the white would be distracting. I'm tempted to go white/silver next but idk...

I've alternated white and black each to change it up. I currently have the rose gold 6s+, and I'll likely switch to black for the 7. My favorite look was the black/slate of the iPhone 5: it reminded me of the monolith on 2001 A Space Odyssey.

For those with a white iPhone, what kind of case do you use (if any)?

[doublepost=1472417182][/doublepost]I wanted a white iPhone 4, but they were having issues manufacturing them so they only had black available at launch.

I got a white iPhone 5 and I'm glad I did because the black iPhone 5 had paint chipping issues.

I got a gold iPhone 6+ because I wanted something different, but like many of you, I've grown tired of the huge white border around my screen.

My order of preference for the iPhone 7 is 1)black, 2)deep blue, 3)space gray. I definitely want a black front on my phone this time around.

I had several iPhones, and here's how they went:

- iPhone 3G: Black
- iPhone 4S: White
- iPhone 5: Black & Slate
- iPhone 6: White & Silver
- iPhone 7+: ? (Well, I plan on getting Silver again).

I could never really decide what color I wanted, but now, Silver has become my favorite. Also, I use the White Silicone Case on it from Apple, which makes me love it even more, because it's literally white on white. Also makes the phone look bigger.

:)

I wish Apple had an iPhone customization program like Motorola had for their Moto X...

With Moto, you could choose your bezel color, edging and button color, and your case back material and color. A few days later your custom made phone showed up in the mail.

I chose a black front with white edges, silver buttons, and real bamboo back cover. Love it; it's unique.

You even get to choose a printed name plus what it says when it boots. In my case, of course, the phone boots up to a screen that says, "Hello Darling".

Back in 2006-7, Nokia was showing off concept videos of phones where the entire device was a display that could change color.

Perhaps the all-glass iPhone that's coming will be something like that. Imagine a 360 degree OLED wrap under glass, where you could set most of the case to look like, say, a camouflage or floral pattern, or a photo of anything you wished.
