Yes, and yes. Very slight differences in width height, and depth. very slight though. Plus, tapered edges may make it feel thinner.

The same way as on the current software version. Hold an icon down until they all start to wiggle and then drag it over to the side until the next page shows up.

How did he test for it? Just by looking? Maybe disabled in firmware too atm.
