Just curious what Air users have their brightness level set at.

I have mine at about 40%

usually around 75% - I like it bright. however, I don't really feel that the panel itself is as bright as my iPhone 4s or other iPads in the past.

Depends on the ambient light and what I'm doing. I would never choose one setting and stick with it always.

40-50% normally but adjust it according to ambient.

Like that with one swipe I can adjust anytime.

    Air is good!:p

At home I usually run it at about 20-25%. The ambient light in my house is low though, so even 20%~ seems quite bright to me.

I typically go between 25-40% for most use, in brighter settings I go up to 70-75%. Battery doesn't seem to take too drastic of a hit with higher settings.

I ended up putting mine around 50%. I turned it all the way up to see what that would look like- Geez, about blinded me. That thing can get really bright, lol.

Every device of mine is at 100% unless I'm in a particularly dark setting.

35% to 40% seems to be my normal range at home. Haven't had it out yet, just got it tonight. :)

My buddy showed me something on his phone the other day and he had it at full brightness, it nearly blinded me!

I probably use it at 40-50% most of the time.

When I am indoors around 50%, except when I am in a dark room.

So THAT'S why they call it a Retina Display!

I agree with you -- my display is almost never over 50% on any of my devices.

0-30% indoors depending on ambient lighting. 50-100% when out in bright sunlight.

I agree. The only time mine is ever at 100% is if i'm outside in direct sunlight.

100% indoors is overkill, though it does look nice at the Apple store.

It's usually 25-40% in regular indoor conditions.

When I am inside on my iPad 1, soon to be an iPad Air, it is on 25-40% but when outside or looking at pictures I turn it up. I like that I can do it quickly in control center now.

100%, why not? I don't need to save battery like I do on my iPhone.
