same question, but if it fits the UAG case will cover the speaker grills and lanyard hookSo if I have a UAG Case for my current Airpods Pro I can just drop the new shell into it?

Speaker would be the only catch 22 but would just have to test to see how muffled I know I have full cases on airtags and they still sound fine. As for the lanyard hook there is a hook on my UAG case so I’m not broken up about it.same question, but if it fits the UAG case will cover the speaker grills and lanyard hook
'Apple announced that customers can personalize the second-generation AirPods Pro case with their own Memoji free of charge via the Apple Store app.""lanyards sold separately" is the most Apple thing I've read all day.
That has been a problem for me with the first-gen AirPods Pros. Whenever I'm holding them in the palm of my hand, they think they're in use and pick up feedback from themselves and start squealing.skin detect sensor ...so if i keep the airpod in my hand it recognised my skin and start playing ?!
I got a nice leather case for mine on sale after my keys scratched up the plastic. I wish I could reuse it, butDoes anyone know if the charging case is the same size as previous model? I've got a case for the charging case (I know, I know), and was wondering if it'll fit.
Makes sense to me.I am in no way surprised the lanyard is sold separately
I'm constantly amazed at how little effort people make to solve these small problems. The same way the proximity sensor sometimes registers a false positive when holding them in your hand. But right now, they'll sometimes start playing when I shove them in my pocket, and hopefully the skin sensor will fix those false positives.
I'll listen to music while walking my dog, and if I run into someone I know I'll quickly take out an AirPod or both and put them in my pocket. Not into the charging case - can't do it one-handed while holding the leash, and it's just for a minute anyway. Just into my pocket. And often they'll start playing because the proximity sensor thinks it's in my ears. Hopefully the skin sensors fixes that.
oh for goodness sakeHaving apple watch charger support is pretty cool. Apple was pretty forward thinking there.
You do know that lanyards will be available on AMZ for $5 (just like you can buy $10 watch bands today) right? (Hell you can get a pack of FOUR bands for $10).I can’t wait to buy $50 lanyards to match my $50 Apple Watch Sport bands
Exactly, for some reason, I think MR is going to be filled with all sorts of articles about Anker, Belkin, or whoever, releasing a new lanyard every other week. Similar to anytime anyone releases yet another charging brick right now.I may just pick up a neck style (camera) lanyard for bike path walks. Let the third party lanyard wars begin!!!![]()
Indeed. Absolute garbage. The only thing you can say in favour of the mic performance of the AirPods Pro is that the mics are better than all the other brand wireless earbuds that are made.If only the mic quality wasn’t garbage
MoneyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyThat lanyard seems very handy, but why didn’t they just include it?!
This is misleading. The lanyard is not sold separately, but rather not at all by Apple. The only options are third party.I am in no way surprised the lanyard is sold separately
