I just looked on the UK Amazon site out of interest and, surprise surprise, the Apple deals are not as good. However, I was intrigued to see other manufacturers selling equivalents for around 30 USD with thousands of reviews averaging 4.5*. Thousands of people do not rate things that high unless they are at least reasonable. So the tech in these is clearly not very expensive. I am sure (probably) Apple's are better, but I'm still impressed and surprised to see the alternatives at such low prices. They look good too, with charge indicators on the case for each pod.
