Yup. Same. Several years ago I made Frankenstein's monster ear tips that work well. Cut the big cones from a pair of XL Bose replacement ear tips, cut the cones off the AirPods Pro tips, and glued the Bose cones to the AirPods Pro mounts. Working great 5 years later.
Yes, they do. Just tested with Pro2s on the new firmware and my iPhone 15 Pro. Interesting. It was very far behind the speaker (tested with a YouTube news broadcast) but it’s pretty amazing. It seemed to miss some words or idioms here and there, but the gist was right.
I wonder how long before Comply or another company releases silicone-coated foam tips for the older models, so we can see how much of the improvement in isolation is from a better tip fit and how much is in the new hardware.

I bought the new AirPods Pro 3 and my ear tips do not have foam in them.
I then went to Walmart a week or so after buying mine to check a pair there and they do not have them. There are tips either.
