AirPods to be Available in Apple Retail Stores Starting Monday Morning

For those who have them, when paired and connected listening to music, should the headphone icon show next to the BT icon in iOS? When I have my Beats studio wireless it shows the icon.

My store got 8, I was number 9 in line. My other store, a flagship store, got 10.
I got none. No scalpers at least.

Moco mall in MD had at least four from what I saw when i just dropped in at 2ish. Initially thought they didnt have them then she reached behind her.

Yes. I think (just my personal view / taste) that it looks more like "hanging dog ears" just of the form factor.
– that said even I didn't wear some.
maybe I would be fine with them, when curved slightly to the front (?) … (not talking about gravity / ease of use here)
… just my thoughts... . technology wise they might be fine..

my store in so cal received a small shipment in the middle of the afternoon today and I was able to purchase a pair, be sure to check stock mid-day as well

Yup, the headphone icon shows when I used my Airpods.
